At Teledyne MEMS, you'll work with advanced manufacturing equipment, collaborate with a supportive team, and play a direct role in producing precision-engineered devices that serve customers around the world. If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving problems, and continuously improving how things are done, this is an opportunity to build valuable technical expertise while contributing to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This position works Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 12:00amWhat you’ll doOperate manufacturing processes while following quality and safety proceduresWork with the team to achieve production, delivery, and quality targetsPerform routine equipment set‑ups, calibrations, and qualificationsMonitor equipment performance and process consistencyManage time and resources effectively to meet production goalsSupport teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environmentIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivityCommunicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or costAssist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures,
