The Highway Designer role brings opportunities to work on various highway infrastructure projects within the Civil Division. You'll prepare technical design deliverables and ensure compliance with design standards while collaborating effectively with Project Engineers and designers. This role helps enhance your technical expertise in highway design and project delivery through mentorship and real project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support detailed design according to TAC and MTO standards
• Prepare geometric designs, alignments, and staging deliverables




• Collaborate with project teams on schedules and workflows
• Conduct site investigations to document highway conditions
• Follow quality control guidelines for design outputs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
• Experience with highway design; MTO experience is an asset
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
