In this hands-on role, you will report to the Director, Data Analytics & Insights, focusing on data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence. You will play a pivotal part in supporting fundraising, marketing, and decision-making processes, making a significant difference in children's lives across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain data pipelines for multiple platforms
• Optimize Fabric Lakehouse and Data Factory workloads
• Design scalable data layers and models




• Develop datasets supporting Tableau and campaign analysis
• Clean and validate donor and engagement data
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Data Analytics or related fields
• 3+ years in data engineering or analytics roles
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an asset
• Clear Criminal Background Check required
