Currys is seeking a Senior CRM Strategy & Personalisation Manager in London,Hybrid at the Waterloo Campus. You will drive the CRM strategy, automate segmentation, and lead personalisation initiatives across channels to maximise retention and lifetime value.

The role partners with senior stakeholders and leads a small team. Experience in mobile/retail/subscription sectors, knowledge of GDPR, and hands-on use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud are essential.
