You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.ResponsibilitiesThe Rail Access Utilization Analyst will provide performance metrics and analysis on access utilization, ensuring that control boards and digital Power BI dashboards are consistently maintained and updated based on user feedback and providing supporting data for performance management reviews. The analyst will also contribute to enhancing existing data sources, improving data quality, and addressing performance or data‐related questions and challenges with project teams and the supply chain.Assist in creation of Power BI reports & dashboardsMaintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and Excel reportsTrack performance against pre‐agreed KPIsSupport innovation by identifying digital solutions for existing manual processesContribute to the integration, implementation, and administration of Project Management Information System tools including CM14, Primavera Unifier, Oracle Contract Manager, EcoSys, SharePoint, and ProjectWiseDeliver timely and robust daily end‐user support, logging bugs and errors and following up until they are resolvedCreate new content and bug fixes for software applicationsConduct business analysis at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the phases of the projectCreate and maintain program reports utilizing tools, and produce quality dashboards and reportsProvide report management support for contract management, change management, cost control, scheduling, and contract progress paymentsMaintain robust processes and procedures to allow for efficient workflow compliance with systems and standardsEnsure data integrity across the data presentation layerSupport the facilitation and documentation of design decisions as well as data and reporting standardsFacilitate working sessions with users and management to identify and document current reporting systems,



base and user populations, and current and planned initiatives impacting reportingOrganize the development of key project deliverables and artifacts such as business requirements, functional design documents, fit and gap analyses, proposed data models, and report mock‐upsDevelop OBIEE analysis‐based reports and dashboards for central and distributed usersCollaborate with the data architecture and technical development team to ensure the creation of an efficient technical solution that meets all functional business needsPerform requirement elicitation to document the business requirements and work with the development team to identify alternative technology and solutions for implementationUphold the accuracy of program data which is incorporated into reportsInitiate product testing to ensure quality is maintained and that acceptance criteria of the provided solution are metIdentify functional or operational gaps in the self‐service products through competitive analysis, monitoring industry trends, and prioritizing customer requestsConsult with the assigned Business System Configuration or Development III or higher to seek guidance and input during the key phases of a projectComplete any tasks assigned by the Business System Configuration Development III or higher in an efficient and timely mannerQualifications2–5 years of relevant experience with Power BI with a sound knowledge of all aspects and an understanding of complementary tools such as Power Automate, Fabric, SharePoint, and other Power Platform applicationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in PMIS Application, Implementation and ConfigurationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management or EngineeringHolding a recognized Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.)Proficient with ETL processes, creating productive queries and structuring data appropriately for reportingExperienced in using DAX to create context‐based calculated measuresUnderstands relational data modelling and can design efficient schemas combining data from a range of sourcesRecommends best visuals, layouts and interactions to showcase data, producing Power BI reports of high quality that adhere to best practices of user interface designWorks independently on projects or as part of a development team,
