Join us. Connect to what matters. The Opportunity The Land Rights Management team within the Canada Land Department is seeking a Land Analyst based in Calgary. Reporting to the Manager, Land Rights Management, the successful candidate will support the administration and management of TC Energy's operational land rights portfolio across Canada. This role is primarily responsible for land data and road use management, stakeholder support, and the processing of operational land requests. The ideal candidate brings strong land administration experience,



attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment. What You'll Do Enter and update land records, including road use agreements, in the Pandell land management system Audit files turned over to Operations to ensure accuracy and completeness Acquiring permanent land rights (freehold and crown) as required for operational purposes Work collaboratively with internal teams to solution complex land right items Register and discharge encumbrances on title Provide guidance and support to Land Service Providers Review and process third-party requests, including road use requests
