Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a quick-paced restaurant environment.DutiesPrepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standardsAssist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredientsCook menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detailMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulationsFollow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygieneSupport the serving staff by preparing orders promptly and accuratelyAssist with inventory management,
