# Snowmaking AttendantGuns, hydrants and hoses: you make winter happen, one night at a time.Day / evening / night8 or 12-hour shiftsAvailable 7 days a weekApply for this positionJob description## Grow and leave your markReporting to the Director of Infrastructure, the snowmaking attendant takes part, on the mountain, in producing snow and setting up the required equipment, working alongside the operator.Responsibilities## At the heart of the action* Set up, start, stop and move snow guns manually and/or with motorized equipment.* Make sure the hydrants are working properly.* Use a propane torch to thaw certain pieces of equipment.* Check the condition of supply lines, hoses and fittings.* Continuously monitor the quality of the snow produced.* Roll up the hoses.* Safely operate off-road vehicles in line with company policies and procedures (ATVs, snowmobiles,
