and SafetyDriving operational performance through safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer service excellenceProviding technical leadership to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptimePartnering closely with Maintenance leadership to strengthen preventive maintenance, reliability, troubleshooting, and long-term asset performanceBalancing operational priorities to ensure decisions support the overall success of the plant, not just one departmentLeading, coaching, and developing supervisors and frontline leaders while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvementManaging operating budgets, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business resultsBuilding strong cross-functional relationships while maintaining a highly visible leadership presence on the production floorWhat We’re Looking ForThe successful candidate will bring a unique combination of technical expertise and operational leadership.Required QualificationsProgressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong technical background through Maintenance Management, Engineering Management, Reliability Leadership, or a similar technical leadership roleDemonstrated progression into broader operational leadership with responsibility for multiple functional areas, such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, or Supply ChainExperience within Food, Beverage, or High-Speed Packaging manufacturingExperience leading highly automated manufacturing operations with a strong focus on equipment reliability, operational performance, and continuous improvementStrong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, capital planning, and KPI managementPreferred QualificationsExperience as a Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or a similar operational leadership roleExperience within a high-speed bottling environmentPost-secondary education in Engineering, Operations, Business,
