Extendicare is seeking a part time Registered Practical Nurse to provide planned, patient-centered nursing care in our long-term care setting in Ottawa, Ontario. You will work within an interprofessional team, manage care plans, and administer medications in line with provincial standards and Extendicare policies.

You will collaborate with DOC/DHW and other healthcare professionals to coordinate admissions, transfers and care conferences.
