This role is responsible for maintaining plant equipment and facilities in secure, optimal working condition through proactive inspections, monitoring, and routine maintenance.SIGNING & RETENTION BONUSReceive a $2,000 bonus:$1,000 after 6 months of continuous employment$1,000 after 12 months of continuous employmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIESRebuild and service production machinery and systems to ensure reliable operationPerform tooling and machine changeovers efficiently and accuratelyMaintain, organize, and store tooling (1/2" – 63") and equipmentSet up production lines, including installation of winders, extruders, saws, rollers,
