The role runs freight files end to end, from booking through to invoicing, across ocean, air, rail and intermodal, and full truckload. Customs entries are coordinated with a licensed customs broker partner. Capacity is booked with carriers, including our sister company Setara Transport.Responsibilitiesbook and manage files across all modescoordinate customs entries with the broker partnerquote and book carrier capacitykeep shippers updated and work the shared mailboxaudit carrier invoices and raise customer invoices with the correct tax treatmenthelp build the forwarding systemRequirementstwo or more years coordinating freight files at a forwarder, carrier or third party logistics providerdepth in at least one of ocean, air or surfacecomfortable in a freight system and a spreadsheetentitled to work in Canada.
