The role requires direct interaction with Customers, Sales and Operations Teams to deliver and manage orders for the business. and follow projects and orders to completion.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE3+ years’ experience in a Program, Projects, or Customer Service B2B environment role – Preference given to candidates with experience in systems integration, industrial automated equipment, and/or industrial automated cellsPost-Secondary education – Completion of College or University in Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.Proven knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.Strong communication and computer skills.Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledgeof program/project management software.Able to view 3D models, 2D drawings, and electrical schematics.Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.Willing and able to travel occasionally.BEHAVIOURALDecision Making: Utilizing an effective process to make decisionsTeamwork: Working effectively with othersAnalytical Skills: Robust analytical and problem solving aptitude.
