Key Responsibilities:



• Assist the Junior School Principal in daily operations • Develop faculty capacity through coaching and professional evaluations • Lead the implementation of IB PYP practices • Monitor student assessments and learning trends • Oversee the Junior School library’s educational initiatives

Requirements: • Deep understanding of the IB PYP framework • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • BC Ministry of Education certification required • Master’s degree or equivalent in education preferred
