TemporaryDialogue is seeking a Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team to take part in our mission to help people improve their wellbeing. Working closely with Sarine Moumdjian, Manager, Member Services, your role will be to ensure patients have a supportive and unforgettable experience throughout our Mental Health+ program and Employee Assistance Program. Want to join our exceptional multidisciplinary team in an evolving industry? Good news, we saved you a seat!What you'll be doingGreeting new patients in the program and accompany them through their journeyChecking in and following up on active cases, assist physicians and psychologists in their related tasksAnalyzing cases and providing the best possible solutions to our membersYou will be responsible for patient safety in your member-facing roleWe'd love to hear from you if you haveA passion for mental health, quality of care, and improving team processes and understandingAvailable to work a minimum of 21 hours on evenings and weekends, as our schedule covers both day and evening shifts (6 AM to midnight, weekdays and weekends)A strong sense of empathy, time-management, critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent customer servicePursuing or attained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or in any mental health-related fieldExperience in customer service, healthcare or administrative roleRecruitment Fraud NoticeDialogue only contacts candidates through official @dialogue.Co email addresses.
