processing or packagingRemove bones from meatCut meat into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale useRemove skin, excess fat, bruises or other blemishes from carcasses or meat portions.Employment requirementsSecondary high school graduation certificateMinimum of two years butcher/knife experience requiredPrevious experience in meat processing and packing workplace using manual cutting utensils and band saws is preferable.
