The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong retail sales background, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of developing teams, growing revenue, and delivering business results. Experience within consumer electronics, wireless, home technology, or related retail environments is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive sales strategy and execute in timely and cost efficient mannerManage retail client relationship across all levels of support and leadershipLead Quarterly performance review for sales and peopleDirect across the regional field managers to ensure successLead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsDevelop and manage annual account compensation plans to drive delivery on sales targetCollaborate with Training, Operations, Analytics, Accounts and other cross functional teams on a day-to-day basisRecruit, coach train,
