Non-Union ClericalShift - Monday - Friday 3pm - 7pm ( 20 hours per week )The Support Representative, Shipment Resolution, resolves problem and return shipments within the assigned terminal in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities Contact customers or colleagues to obtain and enter package information or resolve delivery issuesScan, sort, and reorganize undelivered freight and process freight damagesPrepare packages for redelivery (tracking data, labels, repackaging, etc.)Inspect damaged packagesUse computer applications (i.E., Salesforce)
