NAIT is seeking a skilled Server for Ernest's Dining Room. The ideal candidate will possess robust customer service abilities and a friendly demeanor, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness, all while collaborating with culinary instructors and students to create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional and attentive service to guests
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately




• Maintain and clear tables during service
• Assist with dining room setup and closing duties
• Support special events and functions as needed
Requirements:
• Grade 9 completion or equivalent
• Front-of-house serving experience required
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Alberta ProServe certification required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted
