Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.As a **Senior Analyst, Client Onboarding** reporting to the Senior Director, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer success for Nasdaq's Risk Platform (NRP) across 40+ marketplaces, 11 regulators, and 100 market participants in 65 markets globally.**Key Responsibilities** Lead new client onboarding projects, working directly with customers to define requirements and implement risk management functionality, connectivity, and market data solutions. **Required Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.



2+ years of experience in financial services, risk management, technology, or consulting roles. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extract insights from complex data sets.Experience working in Linux environments and performing data analysis with market data, trading data, and protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels. **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of financial markets operations and trading infrastructure.Familiarity with project management, change management processes, UNIX, networking fundamentals, or FIX protocol.Experience working in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
