As a Branch Representative, you will be responsible for managing internal relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, processing orders and quotations, and promoting company products to generate increased sales. You will also work closely with the inside/outside sales teams, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.ResponsibilitiesProvide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment; Process orders andquotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests; Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner; Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers; Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction; Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication; Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures; Address customer'sconcerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner; Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness; Various other related duties including after hours on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; Professional phonemanner and customer service skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to multitask, prioritize,
