Driven individuals with a passion for growth are always encouraged to join the team.About the RoleThe Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic finance and operations partner, directly supporting leadership and Regional Operating Managers through continuous performance analysis, KPI monitoring, and real-time operational insight.The successful candidate will be expected to move beyond traditional reporting by developing analytics which proactively identifies sales opportunities, operational inefficiencies, labor productivity trends, and performance gaps across the organization in real-time.The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, exceptional Excel proficiency, and the ability to translate complex operational data into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership teams. This candidate has robust communication and team skills to maintain dialog with both leadership and regional operating managers. This position will report directly to the VP of Finance.Core ResponsibilitiesContinuously analyze sales performance, car count trends, product mix, gross profit drivers, and operational KPIs across all locationsIdentify revenue opportunities, sales deficiencies,
and operational performance gaps in real timeProvide data-driven recommendations regarding product mix, sales strategy, and labor deploymentSupport pricing strategy analysis and revenue optimization initiativesOperational Finance PartnershipDevelop strong communication with Regional Operating Managers and operational leadership teamsSupport field leadership in understanding key business drivers and operational performance indicatorsDevelop a performance-oriented culture centered around accountability, visibility, and measurable KPIsDevelop and maintain advanced Excel-based analytical models and operational reporting toolsBuild scalable dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutionsContribute to the enhancement of reporting automation and KPI standardization across the organizationStrategic & Corporate Finance SupportAssist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning initiativesParticipate in acquisition integration analytics and post-acquisition performance monitoringSupport working capital, inventory, and operational efficiency initiativesAssist leadership with ad hoc strategic analysis and executive reporting requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics,
