About The RoleWe are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center experiences.In This Role, You WillServiceNow HRSD DeliveryLead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center experiences.Translate HR business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.Configure workflows, record producers, HR services, assignment rules, and scoped application features within HRSD.Integrations & AutomationDesign, build, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems (e.G., HRIS/HCM platforms, identity providers, document management, and other enterprise systems).Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and scripted solutions.Ensure data integrity, error handling, logging, and performance for high volume HR transactions.Technical Leadership & ConsultingAct as a technical advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on platform capabilities, integration strategies, and architectural decisions.Lead technical design workshops and support agile delivery activities including story grooming, solution design, testing, and deployments.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants and development team members.Governance,
