About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Insurance Product Development Manager to lead the creation and enhancement of their insurance product offerings. This hybrid role, based in Kimberley , involves market research, trend analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design competitive and profitable insurance products. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's product portfolio to meet evolving customer needs and market demands. This is a significant opportunity for a seasoned product professional to drive innovation in the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps. Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and sales teams to define product features and pricing. Develop business cases and product strategy documentation. Ensure products comply with all regulatory requirements and internal standards.



Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on insurance products. Proven ability to successfully launch and manage new products in the market. Strong understanding of the insurance industry, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
