This multidisciplinary team leads the delivery of civil and track works, leveraging global expertise to introduce innovative solutions across the GO Transit network.What is the Opportunity?ONxpress Civil Contractors Joint Venture (CJV) is looking for a Data Analyst. This position is based out of our downtown Toronto office.ResponsibilitiesCreate data models to transform raw data into relevant insights via Power BI dashboards and automated reportingGather data from various sources (Excel, API, database, etc..) to store in a central database or to push to other sourcesIdentify pathways for automation and data efficiencyUse Power BI to run DAX queries and functionsImprove and maintain existing analytics applications and Power BI dashboardsCreate, test, and deploy scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysisTest/QA applications and Power BI reportsGather requirements from stakeholders/teams and help them implement best practice in data managementQualificationsAt least 2 years of Data Analytics/Business Intelligence experienceCollege or University DegreeExperience with data visualization, automation, databases, ETL, data modeling, user acceptance testing (UAT), app developmentExperience with Power BI (DAX), Power Automate, Power Query,



APIs, and Power AppsFamiliar with Python and DatabricksAnalytical thinking for converting data into insightsCompensationfor this role is between $70,000-$85,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to multiple factors including skills, experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into consideration.
