You will assess educational needs, implement training, and provide consultation for effective care delivery within a culturally protected framework. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of nursing training
Consult on care planning for adult protection issues
Conduct evaluations of educational outcomes
Facilitate discussions on improving protocols and standards
Mentor staff in best practices around abuse interventions
Requirements:
Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse license in BC
Five+ years of experience in vulnerable adult care
Advanced training in adult protection
Robust understanding of relevant legislation
Comprehensive skills in clinical assessment and intervention
