As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage the complete accounts receivable cycle, ensuring invoice accuracy and effective payment application.

Your role involves following up on overdue balances while coordinating with project teams to address billing issues. Customer inquiries and month-end AR reporting will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Review invoices for accuracy and process customer payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively
Monitor aging reports and escalate outstanding accounts

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
