Enter routine transactions into accounting software.
Perform bank reconciliations and account follow-ups.
Assist with month-end and year-end accounting entries.
Record and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Verify supplier statements and manage payments.
Participation to collection activities.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing emails, and answering phone calls.
Prepare tax returns and income declarations.
Prepare payroll documents.
Carry out any other accounting-related tasks as required.

Terms and advantages
In office, 40 hours per week (possibility to work in a 4-day week).
