Facilitate daily recreation and leisure activities
Maintain engaging spaces that invite participation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff




Monitor changes in resident abilities and engagement
Participate in ongoing program evaluation and improvement

Requirements:
Experience with seniors in a relevant setting
Diploma or degree in recreation or healthcare-related fields
Actively pursuing a degree in therapeutic recreation
Skills in meaningful activity planning
Knowledge of wellness assessment and resident engagement
