As part of Kadant Canada Corp., you will engage in processing recent credit applications, verifying shipments, billing control, and accounts receivable reconciliations. You’ll support the year-end audit process while preparing specialized reports for management.

Your role will also include credit collections and maintaining communication about account statuses. Key Responsibilities:
Process recent credit applications for client accounts
Verify shipments and issue accurate invoices
Control progress billing and manage invoicing reports
Post payments to customer accounts promptly
Conduct accounts receivable reconciliations

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a manufacturing workplace is an asset
