Collaborate with stakeholders and streamline financial processes every month. EllisDon is seeking an Accountant for Asset Management with a focus on Public-Private Partnership projects.

This role involves financial management for special purpose vehicles, coordinating multiple stakeholders including lenders and legal counsel. You will manage full-cycle accounting, HST filings, and assist with cash flow projections and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with payments, receipts, and distributions for SPVs
Prepare monthly HST filings for each special purpose vehicle




Assist in cash flow projections and variance identification
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for partners
Collaborate on year-end audits and special projects Requirements:
Minimum one year of accounting experience
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software
Robust analytical and communication skills
