Olympic Hyundai Vancouver is looking for a client focused Experienced Parts Manager to join our team to help provide an exceptional experience for our clients. You will also oversee all aspects of the Parts department, driving change and business results while building customer confidence and relationships.

In this customer focused role, you will be responsible for:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Parts department
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer the best solution to meet their needs in a timely manner
Build and establish relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service and increase customer loyalty
Identify and communicate opportunities for change which will positively impact business results
Manage inventory in parts and attachments in order to effectively grow parts sales, gross and net
Ensure technicians have the appropriate parts in a timely manner

Do you have:
2 years of previous parts department experience
Management and/or leadership experience




Knowledge and understanding of the overall functioning of the Parts department and the day-to-day operations of the parts department as well as integration with the service shop
Mechanical knowledge/aptitude and the ability to convey technical information to customers when providing service would be an asset
Proficiency in the use of personal computers and the ability to quickly adapt to recent applications and software
Excellent communication skills
Experience or familiarity with PBS is preferred
