Reporting to the Accident Benefits Manager, you will oversee all aspects of claims management and team performance.

Successful candidates should possess a university degree or relevant diploma and bring at least 5 years of experience in Accident Benefits along with prior leadership experience.

Your role will directly impact both team effectiveness and claims efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Guide and train team members on claims processing
Conduct audits and provide constructive feedback




Identify and foster team training opportunities
Manage expenses and oversee annual operating budgets
Conduct interviews and recommend new hires

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Word and Excel
