As an Accountant reporting to the Chief Accountant, your role will focus on supporting financial data analysis and optimizing financial systems.

Key to this position is your proactive approach to month-end close processes and cost analysis, alongside mentoring department heads on financial performance. You'll play an essential part in fostering a culture of financial accuracy and compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and adhere to safety protocols
Assist in month-end asset and expense entries




Conduct cost analyses to identify efficiencies
Mentor department heads on financial performance
Support budget and forecast preparations

Requirements:
BBA/BCOMM in Accounting or on CPA pathway
Experience in operational accounting, mining preferred
Solid analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
