Duties
Greet customers warmly and engage with them via the drive-thru window or speaker system
Accurately take and input customer orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS
Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while handling cash safely and accurately
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff
Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during busy periods while maintaining accuracy in order taking
Follow all restaurant policies related to food industry regulations, sanitation,



and safety protocols

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on customer interaction
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Aloha POS or similar platforms
Solid cashiering skills including cash handling and basic math for transactions and change calculation
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced setting while managing time effectively
Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not required
Effective communication skills to clearly take orders and interact with team members
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 42.0 per week
