Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items for service
Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are stored properly
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food-related tasks
Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen tidy and environmentally responsible




Adhere to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines at all times during your shift
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
Basic knowledge of kitchen tools, cooking techniques, and food preparation processes is a plus
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
