Lead month-end close process ensuring accuracy
Prepare and review financial statements monthly and annually
Monitor profitability across business units and projects
Oversee job costing, labor costing, and overhead allocations
Coordinate external audits and year-end financial requirements Requirements:
6+ years in accounting with full cycle experience
Construction industry knowledge, particularly WIP and revenue recognition
CPA designation preferred but not mandatory
Budgeting and forecasting experience is a plus
