Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety regulations
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services
Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and public areas as needed
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management for prompt resolution
Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and security
Experience
Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in hotel or hospitality settings
Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial work is a plus
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided to suitable candidates
