We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will manage member check-ins, handle scheduling, process payments, and ensure a seamless experience using our digital club management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Digital Check-Ins & Schedules: Efficiently greet and check in members, book fitness classes, and manage personal trainer calendars using our club software.
Process Payments & Billing: Handle daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions for retail merchandise, guest passes, and monthly membership renewals.
Maintain Member Databases: Securely input and update member accounts, contact information, billing details, and digital liability waivers.
Digital Communication: Monitor and respond to incoming club emails, handle phone inquiries, and coordinate team schedules via digital calendars.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and navigating specialized Club Management Software (experience with Mindbody, ABC Fitness, or ClubReady is a major plus).




Basic Computer Skills: Proficient with administrative tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
POS Experience: Familiarity with modern retail point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, Clover, Stripe).
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills paired with solid written communication for emailing members.
High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a gym, spa, or hospitality front desk is preferred.
