Key Responsibilities:
• Observe changes in residents during personal care
• Assist with resident transfers and mobility
• Feed and support residents during meals




• Participate in care evaluations and team discussions
• Implement routine treatments as directed by nursing staff
Requirements:
• Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in continuing care
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• Experience with residents experiencing Dementia
• Ability to perform physical care tasks required
