as well as the buildings emergency evacuation plans are up to date and kept in excellent operational conditionTravel between various locations to service buildings and be on call for emergencies as requiredRepresent Access competencies in all public interactionsEnsure that all maintenance is kept up to date and done in a timely mannerEssential QualificationsGrade 12 diploma or equivalent3-5 years experience working within the Construction IndustryBasic familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building ConstructionValid class 5 Manitoba Driver's licenseWillingness to upgrade trade based knowledgeStrong experience in taping and painting is preferredDemonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional mannerStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail with high degree of accuracyAbility to work in fast‐paced environment and perform well under pressureAbility to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisionsMaintain thorough knowledge of credit union policies and procedures on risk management, security and fraud preventionObserve all credit union policies and security requirements for privacy, safeguarding information, frauds, forgeries and holdup proceduresAbility to follow standardized policies and proceduresLocation and ReportingNote: This position reports to 40 Furniture Park Road, Winnipeg MB on a daily basis.Employment DetailsEmployee Sub-Type RegularCompensationStarting Salary $51,139.00Salary Band $51,139.00 - $62,594.00In most situations, candidates will be offered the starting salary for the position.
