Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Cashier and Customer Service Associate.

Here at Sandra’s Italian Kitchen we are a fast paced establishment .

In addition to our busy takeout and UberEATS and DoorDash and dining room, we also have a very busy catering sector.

Your role will be to answer email requests and create order estimates and stay in communication with the client.

Creating estimates and invoices based on our website menus and booking drivers to ensure a seamless experience for both corporate and private.

Our place is a welcoming one with positive vibes and a family workplace.

We pride ourselves on excellent service whether clients are purchasing one pizza slice or food for 100 guests.

Your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for every guest. In this vibrant role, you'll be one of the friendly face that welcomes visitors.

The role involves welcoming clients, handling transactions with precision, and ensuring each guest feels valued and appreciated.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
Operate cash register accurately, handle cash and card transactions efficiently, and balance tills at shift end
answer email requests for catering
Create estimate for both private and corporate functions




Book drivers for food catering delivery
Assist guests with questions about products, services, or activities, ensuring they have all necessary information
Manage guest inquiries via phone email and in person
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area to promote a welcoming atmosphere
Promote food service offerings or activities when applicable, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. .
Robust customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and confidently
Public speaking or guest engagement experience to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
Background in food service or hospitality is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
