Experience in the following will be considered an asset:·
Experience leading crews on modular construction, e-house fabrication, and industrial construction projects.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, instrumentation, and power distribution.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and project schedules to determine scope, manpower, material, and execution requirements.
Experience working in operating facilities and brownfield environments is considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and applicable safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to plan work activities and manage manpower in alignment with schedule and labour budgets.
Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills.
Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing site activities to maintain project schedules.
Ability to drive accountability and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Ability to identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
Demonstrated commitment to incident prevention and hazard identification
Qualifications and Skills will be considered an asset:
Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role in the industrial industry.
Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Able to produce quality documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Entrepreneurial work ethic
Physically able to lift a minimum of 35lbs
Valid Alberta driver's license and willingness to travel
LSE, H2S Alive, and Standard First Aid/CPR certifications are considered assets
