We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support a clients busy logistics and warehousing operation in Mississauga.

This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and data entry skills who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting billing operations, processing logistics documentation, and ensuring accurate communication with clients.

Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Responsibilities
Generate and process accurate invoices and billing documents
Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries and documentation
Maintain organized records and update internal systems
Support day-to-day logistics and warehouse administration functions




Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and billing information

Qualifications
Previous experience in data entry, billing, logistics administration, or customer service
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with invoices, shipping documents, and billing systems
Familiarity with logistics, shipping, warehousing, or transportation operations is considered an asset
Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
