Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
Clean Tables & Ensure Customers Have Everything they need
Run food & Beverages to Ensure people get what they ordered
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
Communicate with barista and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Operate POS systems to handle transactions

Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is essential
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Knowledge of restaurant & or retail environments
Willingness to assist guests and provide exceptional guest services

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.25 per hour
