What You’ll Do
Cut, fillet, and debone raw lake fish
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Follow food safety and workplace health procedures
Meet daily production targets
Support other general labour tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
Experience in fish filleting or seafood processing is an asset




Comfortable standing for long periods and doing repetitive work
Able to work in cold, wet, and odorous environments
Robust communication skills and a team-player attitude
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Must provide your own rubber boots
Must have own transportation – no public transit available

Shift Schedule
Monday to Friday
Morning shift (7:00am start)
Occasional weekends as needed
