The Direct Hire Coordinator is a key player in the delivery of IS2’s Core Values and Purpose. They will assist the Direct Hire Manager in the selection and management of candidates, foster positive client relationships, and impeccable candidate follow-up. As a Direct Hire Coordinator, you will embody our commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.

Job Duties:

Candidate Management-Provide a high-touch candidate experience with explicit communication and follow up.
Place job ads for open positions.
Applicant telephone pre-screen.
Booking daily interviews for Direct Hire Manager.
Administering testing.
Review customer-specific written orientations with applicant (if applicable).
Complete work-related reference checks with former employers.
Process criminal background checks as required.
Administrative data entry.
Utilizing Avionté to enter all necessary information for candidates.

Compliance & Documentation- Ensure all recruitment processes and placements adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, inclusive of IS2’s recruitment practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interviews, and placements. Always follow IS2’s Health & Safety policies and procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Computer Skills: Internet use, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, intermediate level required.

Access to a reliable vehicle.

Required Training and Experience:
Customer Service Experience, 2 years minimum.
Recruiting Experience, desired.
Administrative experience, 2 years minimum.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Desired.
