Job Summary

Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to each client’s needs
Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans
Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to ensure protected and effective therapy sessions
Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain long-term wellness advantages
Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and therapy outcomes in compliance with health regulations
Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism




Stay current with industry trends and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and expand service offerings

Requirements
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably with med spa or occupational health background
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
Skilled in patient assessment techniques and customizing treatments accordingly
Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect compassionately with diverse clients
Ability to work effectively within a team setting while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice
