Duties
Operate and maintain various farm machinery harvesting, and land preparation activities
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs.
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely for moving supplies or harvested produce as needed
Use basic math skills
Follow safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and maintenance activities to prevent accidents




Operate auger's and grain handling equipment.

Skills
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing farm machinery and equipment
Ability to perform routine maintenance on farm machinery.
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as tractors or loaders is needed
Comfortable performing heavy lifting safely in outdoor settings
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
