The Opportunity

We're looking for an organized, motivated Project Manager to join our team for a 14-month maternity leave coverage position. You'll oversee commercial painting projects from start to finish, including coordinating crews, managing timelines and budgets, and making sure every job meets our quality and safety standards. It's a chance to make a real contribution with a team that values your input.

We see this as more than a temporary role. For the right candidate, there may be an prospect to stay on permanently once the coverage period ends, depending on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute and oversee painting projects from start to completion
Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams
Manage project schedules, budgets and resources




Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed on every site
Monitor progress and give regular updates to clients and management
Resolve issues as they come up during projects
Supervise, support and motivate field crews

Qualifications
Education and/or experience in project management within the painting or construction industry
Robust leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
